                                                                            OUR FRIENDS FROM BIGFORK, MONTANA

At the end of January 2011, Helen McLeod received an e-mail message from Chris Friars, of Bigfork, Montana, USA.  
Chris (pictured right) runs a small desktop publishing company and had stumbled across the Village Voices website 
while trying to come up with a name for her new local family lifestyle magazine.  Bigfork is one of several villages that is
situated on the edge of the Flathead Lake about 60 miles south of the Canadian border.
 
Chris was very interested in and impressed by the Village Voices magazine and would like to produce something similar for her local 
community.  Helen has sent her a few editions of our magazine, and Chris in turn has e-mailed a number of photos that show the beautiful 
scenery around the lake, and other aspects of the lifestyle there.
