February Village Voices showed how our communities worked together during the bad weather in January.  
The village shop kept us all supplied with the essentials, the coastguards delivered prescriptions to people 
who couldn't get to the surgery. 

I am working with a group of people from 20 communities in the Alde and Ore area in conjunction with the 
town, parish and district councils and we are looking at issues that affect us all.  We are trying to get people's 
views about their experiences during the heavy snow:

               ·  How did local services respond ?
               ·  How was information communicated ?
               ·  What worked well ?
               ·  What didn't work well ?

This information will be used to help to draw up emergency plans for the area.

We are also interested in your views about traffic in the area:

               ·  Where are the bottle-necks ?
               ·  Where is heavy traffic a problem ?
               ·  Where is speeding a problem ?
               ·  Any other traffic related issues.
